Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?  We aim to ship out orders 2-5 business days after your order is placed.  Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received.

How long does shipping take?  Shipping times are in addition to processing times.  Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. 

CANADA:  Orders ship from Alberta and delivery standard* is 2-8 business days. 

• Decals & stickers ship via Canada Post Lettermail and do not include tracking or insurance. Please upgrade your shipping method if you require tracking as we are not able to replace orders shipped without tracking. 
• Apparel, mugs & everything else ship via parcel and include tracking & insurance.
• Local pick up in Okotoks, AB is available.  Please choose this option at checkout and we will contact you via email to arrange a pick-up time.

USA: Orders to the US ship from Alberta, Canada via a courier service that partners with USPS with delivery standard* of 3-7 business days.

• Decals & stickers ship via USPS First Class Lettermail and do not include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping method if you require tracking as we are not able to replace orders shipped without tracking. 
• Apparel, mugs & everything else ship via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking & insurance.

Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.  If your order includes tracking, the tracking number will be included in this email.  In certain circumstances, it make take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

LOCAL PICKUP: Local pickup is available in Okotoks.  Once your order is ready for pickup, instructions will be sent via email.
